FAQ:

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • All orders will be shipped about 15-20 business days after the cut-off date. (See home page for current cut off date.)
  • Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you enter at checkout.

Can I buy items in person?

  • All orders much be placed online, there is no storefront for this program.
  • Due to the produced to order nature of this program there is not a stocked store where you can come in and shop.

May I send a check?

  • No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by check.  However, we do offer the option of paying by PayPal.
  • If you have (or if you set up) a PayPal account you can can pay via your bank account instead of credit card.

May I send a call in my order or pay over the phone?

  • The only way to place your order is directly on this website.
  • All payments must be made online to ensure full security in the handling of any credit card information.

What is the return/exchange policy?

  • Due to the “produced to order” nature of this program, returns are not accepted.

Can I purchase items in a color or style different than what is shown on the website?

  • No, the items for sale are limited in order keep the program efficient and affordable.
