FAQ:

How long does it take to receive my order?

    • Orders are produced on a weekly production schedule.
    • Production and shipping takes about 2 weeks after you place your order.
    • Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you enter at checkout.

What will show on my credit card / bank statement?

    • Charges will show as “IMAGEN” on your statement as the store is powered by Imagen, Inc.

May I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

    • All orders must be shipped, our packing and shipping facility is not set up for will call.

May I send a check?

    • No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by check. We only accept payment via credit/debit card.

May I send a call in my order or pay over the phone?

    • The only way to place your order is directly on this website.
    • All payments must be made online to ensure full security in the handling of any credit card information.

What is the return/exchange policy?

    • Due to the “produced to order” nature of this program, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Can I purchase items in a color or style different than what is shown on the website?

    • No, the items for sale are limited in order keep the program efficient and affordable.
