How long does it take to receive my order?

- Orders are produced on a weekly production schedule.
- Production and shipping takes about 2 weeks after you place your order.
- Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you enter at checkout.
What will show on my credit card / bank statement?
- Charges will show as “IMAGEN” on your statement as the store is powered by Imagen, Inc.
May I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
- All orders must be shipped, our packing and shipping facility is not set up for will call.
May I send a check?

- No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by check. We only accept payment via credit/debit card.
May I send a call in my order or pay over the phone?

- The only way to place your order is directly on this website.
- All payments must be made online to ensure full security in the handling of any credit card information.
What is the return/exchange policy?

- Due to the “produced to order” nature of this program, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
